What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email with your tracking number.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

You may cancel your order via email up to the time that your order is shipped. If the order has already been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We do not accept returns, but do accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Products MUST be in new condition.
